Sanded Finish on Press Fit Dowels
I wanted the two press fit dowels to be flush with the face of the lower jaw, so I belt-sanded that surface.

Vise Stop
As part of my course in Integrated CAD/CAM/CAE (IPD 501), I was tasked with designing and manufacturing a vise stop. The purpose of this part is to clamp onto a vise such that a parts datum can be easily located during machining.
I machined the jaws in a manual mill using low carbon steel. The other parts (dowel pins, 10-32 machine screw and spring) were ordered from McMaster-Carr.
